How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Hosting Plan

  2. Go to the support section to submit a support ticket.
  3. Title your support ticket as "Request for Hosting Plan Change."
  4. Specify in your ticket whether you're seeking an upgrade or a downgrade and to which plan you wish to change.
  5. Our support team will assist you with the process and provide any necessary information.
