How can I cancel my account?
All cancellations must be requested through our client portal. Simply follow these steps:
- Log in to your client portal:
Visit UnderHost Client Portal and log in with your account credentials. - Select the service you wish to cancel:
Navigate to “Services” and select “My Products & Services.” Click on the specific service you want to cancel.- Submit a cancellation request:
On the service details page, locate the “Request Cancellation” button in the Actions menu on the right-hand side of the page
- Submit a cancellation request:
- Complete the cancellation form:
Choose whether you’d like an Immediate Cancellation or End-of-Term Cancellation and provide any additional details if prompted. Then, submit the request.
