Due to issue with Cogent Communications, we modified CNLQ IPs from 89.248.xxx.xxx to 94.102.xxx.xxx
As the IPs 89.248.xxx.xxx was causing some issue via some locations around the World.
You might see a "cPanel" page site has been moved temporally this is due to cache or DNS cache, refreshing these will fix your issue sometime a reboot may help.
We are sorry about inconvenience this may cause to you, but we prefers moving IPs than having networks issue on some region due to a bandwidth providers.
