  1. Log in to Your CustomerPanel: Visit https://customerpanel.ca/client and log in using your account credentials.
  2. Go to Services: Click on the Services tab in your dashboard to view your active hosting plans.
  3. Select Your Hosting Plan: Click on the hosting plan you wish to upgrade or downgrade.
  4. Upgrade/Downgrade Options:
    • In the service details page, locate and click the Upgrade/Downgrade button.
    • You will see a list of available hosting plans and features you can switch to.
  5. Choose Your New Plan: Select the plan that best suits your requirements. The system will calculate any price difference based on the remaining billing period.
  6. Confirm and Pay: Review the new plan details and complete the payment process if you’re upgrading. If downgrading, any credits will be applied to your account.
  7. Plan Adjustment: Once the payment is processed (for upgrades), your hosting plan will be adjusted immediately or within a short time.

  • Prorated Billing: Any price differences will be calculated based on the remaining time in your billing cycle.
