  5. Follow the Reset Link: Click the password reset link in the email, which will take you to the reset page.
  6. Set a New Password: Enter your new password twice (for confirmation) and click Reset Password.
  7. Log In: Return to the login page and use your new password to access your account.

  • Last Transaction Details: Provide details of your most recent payment, including the date, amount, and payment method.
  • Payment Method Proof: Include proof of your payment method, such as a receipt or confirmation email.
  • Government-Issued ID: Submit a copy of an official ID (e.g., passport or driver’s license) that matches the name on the payment method.

Note: All documents must be clear and legible to process your request quickly.
