We are currently experiencing an outage affecting a limited subset of Cloud VPS instances in our Netherlands location.
The affected VPS instances became unreachable at approximately 05:48 AM local Netherlands time on Sunday, August 9, 2026.
The exact cause has not yet been confirmed. The issue appears to be limited to specific underlying infrastructure and does not affect all Netherlands Cloud VPS services.
Our upstream data center team is actively investigating. We do not currently have a confirmed ETA for restoration.

⚠️Impact
- A limited subset of Netherlands Cloud VPS instances may be unreachable.
- Websites, cPanel/WHM, SSH, email, databases, and other services hosted on affected VPS instances may be unavailable.
- Other Netherlands Cloud VPS instances remain operational.
- Changing DNS or the VPS IP address alone will not restore an affected instance while the underlying infrastructure remains unavailable.
- No confirmed restoration ETA is currently available.

- Confirmed that only a subset of Netherlands VPS instances is affected.
- Escalated the issue to the upstream Netherlands data center team.
- Requested investigation of the affected node, network, storage, and related infrastructure.
- Monitoring affected instances for recovery.
- Updates will be published as soon as additional information becomes available.
