At approximately 05:48 AM local Netherlands, a subset of Netherlands Cloud VPS instances became unreachable. The issue does not affect the entire Netherlands Cloud VPS platform and appears to be isolated to specific underlying infrastructure. The upstream data center team has been contacted and is investigating. The root cause and restoration ETA remain unconfirmed.

We are currently experiencing an outage affecting a limited subset of Cloud VPS instances in our Netherlands location.

The affected VPS instances became unreachable at approximately 05:48 AM local Netherlands time on Sunday, August 9, 2026.

The exact cause has not yet been confirmed. The issue appears to be limited to specific underlying infrastructure and does not affect all Netherlands Cloud VPS services.

Our upstream data center team is actively investigating. We do not currently have a confirmed ETA for restoration.

Websites, cPanel/WHM, SSH, email, databases, and other services hosted on affected VPS instances may be unavailable.
Other Netherlands Cloud VPS instances remain operational.
Changing DNS or the VPS IP address alone will not restore an affected instance while the underlying infrastructure remains unavailable.
No confirmed restoration ETA is currently available.
