Steps to Change Your Main Domain

  1. Log in to Your CustomerPanel: Visit https://customerpanel.ca/client and log in with your credentials.
  2. Submit a Support Ticket:
    • Navigate to the Support section in your CustomerPanel.
    • Click on Open New Ticket and select the Technical Support or Billing department.
    • In your ticket, provide the following information:
      • Your current main domain name
      • The new domain name you want to use
      • Confirmation that you own or have access to the new domain
  3. Wait for Confirmation: Our team will process your request and notify you once the change has been made. Depending on your hosting setup, this may take a short time.

  • Domain Ownership: Ensure you own or have access to the new domain name before requesting the change.
  • DNS Settings: After the change, you may need to update your DNS records to point the new domain to our servers.
