Upgrading your account with UnderHost.com is quick and simple. Follow the steps below to upgrade your hosting plan or services.

Steps to Upgrade Your Account

  1. Log in to Your CustomerPanel: Visit https://customerpanel.ca/client and log in to your account.
  2. Go to Services: Navigate to the Services section from the main dashboard to view your active hosting plans.
  3. Select the Service to Upgrade: Click on the hosting plan or service you want to upgrade.
  4. Choose Upgrade/Downgrade Options:
    • In the service details page, look for the Upgrade/Downgrade button in the menu.
    • Click on it to see available upgrade options for your current plan.
  5. Select Your New Plan: Choose the plan or service tier that best suits your needs. The system will show the price difference for upgrading.
  6. Confirm and Pay: Review the details of your upgrade and complete the payment process. Once payment is processed, your account will be upgraded automatically.
